Inspiration Of Destruction to Create

To become inspired I needed a break from being inspired in a "positive" manner and after reading about destroying to become inspired I took the leap with both feet, and took my mother, my sister, and Alex right along with me!

The book requires you to push your own limits and your own road blocks. In between my school work (perfection a must) and my crafts (perfection with a personal touch) this book makes me destroy to create a perfection.

The book is hard for me to harm, I have OCD when it comes to my books. They are always well cared for and usually in a specific order. This is going to be a great tool to defeat my OCD. :-)

My first page in 'Wreck This Journal' was the beginning of tongue painting. I used my first 'paint' which was candy corn. I also used orange creme filled chocolate Mmm :-)
Of course I also flung some coffee on my pages, needs much more though :-D

Year of the Dragon

This year has started off as hectic as always. But that hasn't stopped me!

I've completed my first school course, and I'm almost done with the second one. I bought a car so our household now has two. Expect more outdoor inspiration once spring and summer come, I plan many park trips with my daughter!

I did celebrate the Chinese new year. The dragon inspired me to craft in between my schooling and family.

My little oriental dragon is 95% complete. I created him completely from my mind. I haven't finished yet since his legs just won't cooperate for me! I love him though. His eyes are safety eyes, cat style, they are clear with the black pupil. He is wearing a "scarf" with 3 oriental coins crocheted into it.
